Rooted in Mashki Cha — Serving Balochistan with Pride
Ishaque & Sons Associates (ISA) is a proudly local enterprise based in Nokkundi, Balochistan, with deep roots in the nearby village of Mashki Cha — one of the closest communities to the Reko Diq Project site. Our story dates back to the late 1990s, during the early survey phases of the Reko Diq mining project. When exploration teams arrived and began setting up camps, our ancestors welcomed them with open arms — offering shelter, support, and guidance. This act of hospitality sparked a legacy that we proudly continue today. ISA has since grown into a trusted partner offering infrastructure development, site logistics, and accommodation solutions, all grounded in cultural respect and operational excellence.

Late Sardar Muhammad Ishaque Muhammadzai
OUR FOUNDER
A humble and visionary leader, Late Sardar Muhammad Ishaque Muhammadzai was the driving force behind ISA. Rooted in the values of his homeland, Mashki Cha, and with a Master’s in Political Science, he served with dedication during the early phases of the Reko Diq Project.
Known for building bridges between the community and the mining stakeholders, he upheld trust, cooperation, and integrity. In 2017, he founded ISA to formalize his efforts — today, his legacy lives on in every service we deliver.
